El Festival de Teatro Hispano se estableció en un esfuerzo por difundir el teatro, así como obras recientes de escritores, directores y actores. BHF trae presentaciones de teatro de forma gratuita a todos los residentes. Cualquier compañía de teatro tiene la misma oportunidad de presentar su trabajo a la comisión. Es responsabilidad del comité para seleccionar las piezas de teatro que se presentarán durante el festival. Este evento se dirige a todos los públicos, así como los Centros de Mayores locales y escuelas.
